Who are The 5 Hungry InfidelsTM?

The 5 Hungry InfidelsTM are great mates who grew up in the fun times of fast cars, back seats, live rooms and pub rock.
We worship at the altar of those who commune to rage against the fading of the light.

What is ‘old school panty dropping pub rock’TM?

Our guitar driven rock includes a variety of covers, re-mixes and originals. Our covers are drawn from AC/DC, Status Quo, INXS, The Angels, The Kinks, Easybeats, Rolling Stones, The Who, Thin Lizzy, Deep Purple, The Hoodoo Gurus, Dragon and others, including some ELVIS.
Our song list appeals to audiences that love live, classic, toe tapping rock and who miss (or missed out on) the vibrant pub scene of the late 60’s and 70’s.
When we christened our genre ‘old school panty dropping pub rock’TM, wise men rejoiced and angels were heard singing parapapumpum!

The Band

Big Frank. Lead vocals and front man. If Big Frank can’t get a crowd going no one can, in which case Plan B would require breaking out defibrillators. What he lacks in stature, Frank makes up for in sheer presence and power.

Sam the Man Musca. Lead guitar, backing vocals and musical arrangement. A guitarists’ guitarist drawing inspiration and guitar voice from Santana, Beck, Clapton and Moore, amongst others. When not mastering the Universe Sam is kind enough to mix with mere mortals.

Sifu Gef. Drummer and resident philosopher. Gef will get your beat, love life and anything mechanical performing perfectly at the same time, but not necessarily in that order.

Ray Ray Ray. Rhythm guitar and backing vocals. Cous-cous is so good they named it twice. Ray is that much better so we just call him Ray3. Significant others jealously refer to him as Ray Banned.

Cums. Bass. With a voice that only he (and not even a mother) could love, our bass man is a Fender strangling, desert booted, inanimate block of granite waiting to be sculpted.

Live and loud

Our performances are always a tonne of fun. We are faithful to our rock idols and very respectful of their music. Most importantly, our audiences are always entertained. First timers are blown away and regulars just keep coming back for more.
We perform at pubs, private functions and are proud supporters of direct charity gigs.
